The Health Declaration Form consists of passenger management tools, COVID-19 Testing, Quarantine Management, Vaccination Documentation, etc. This has allowed for the successful implementation of the CNMI’s Tourism Resumption Investment Program (TRIP) and the safe reopening of our borders.
